Introduction of TQSF-60 Paddy Seed Destoner
TQSF-60 Paddy destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density impurities from the stream of grain.
Principle of TQSF-60 Paddy Seed Destoner
TQSF-60 Paddy Destoner is the suction type destoner, and its work principle is based on the difference in specific weight of materials. The working table is covered with a woven wire mesh bed, through which air folws from below. Heavy impurity such as stone are not lifted by the air cusion and stay on the mesh bed. The vibratory motion of the table causes the heavy impurity transported to the begianing of the regulating plate at far end of the machine.
Features of TQSF-60 Paddy Seed Destoner
Inside the vibrating body there are two layer sieves. The first layer sieve made of spring steel. Its main function is to remove the light impurities. The second (bottom) sieve is used to remove the sand, stone and clod.
