Introduction of TQSF-60 Suction Gravity Classify Destoner:

TQSF Suction destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density impurities from the stream of grain, according to the difference in specific weight.

Features of TQSF-60 Suction Gravity Classify Destoner:

TQSF-60 Suction Destoner is suction type destoner, but it has two sieve layers, the first sieve layer to remove out some large impurities such as straws, and the second sieve layer is used for remove out stones. 

Working Principle of TQSF-60 Suction Gravity Classify Destoner:

The sieve box normally equipped with two-layer sieves, and its vibration depend on two vibratory motors.

The grain feed in with an elevator, and then the grain stream fluided by the vibration of the screen and air suction from bottom to top. The light particles collect at the top, and the heavy ones including the stones at the bottom.

The lower layer with the heavy particles flows upward and transport to the stone outlet. The stone-free grain streams on the two screens float on cushions of air, flowing slowly toward the grain outlet.

To achieve the optimum degree of separation, the inclination of the screens, the air volume and final separation can be adjusted accordingly.
