Introduction of 5XQS-5 Grain Destoner
5XQS-5 Grain Destoner is used to remove heavy foreign impurity like stone, metallic and glass pieces etc., on the principle of weight difference.
Principle of 5XQS-5 Grain Destoner
With the combination of fluidization and deck oscillation, heavy particles migrate to upper levels of the deck discharge from outlets and the light particles move to the lower level of the deck.
Features of 5XQS-5 Grain Destoner
1. The pebble selector can separate beans, seeds or grains which are same dimension (length, width, thickness and shape) but different weight according to material gravity principle.
2. The destoner is primarily used in the elimination of heavy impurities such as stones, metallic particles, branches, fragmentized seeds, sands and so on from raw materials. Stones can be removed automatically through specific pipeline.

It can remove immature, moldy, insect damaged grain , half broken or hollow grain etc from good grain.
It can pack grain into different weighing range, such as 1-5kg , 1-10kg, 5-25kg and 10-50kg per bag.
