DCS-S granule packing machine is suitable for quantitative of granule materials in chemical, grain, food industry.
This granule packing machine can be applied both for free flowing and non-free flowing granule materials, such as the seed, commissariat, feedstuff, chemical raw material and chemical fertilizer etc.
Features of DCS-5S granule packing machine :
DCS-S granule packing machine has double weighing system, so its bagging speed is faster than normal type.
Filling weight 1-10kg, 5-25kg, 10-50kg.Its capacity ranges between 7 and 14 bags per minute.
Flowing Process of DCS-5S granule packing machine :
Manual Bag handling→Automatic filling→Automatic weighing→ bag conveyer→ bag sewing or sealing.
