Customized Cheap Gym Membership PETG Card
Introduction:
Most of the plastic cards are made of pvc.
We can also supply some special cards made of PETG, TESLIN, PET, ABS, and other envrionmental material.
Application:
PETG is relatively stable, comparing with other materials. The material can be work very well under high temperature and high pressure. Moreover, the extension of the PETG cards are quite good.
Specification:
1) Card Size: ISO-CR80(86*54mm)
2) Card thickness: 0.3mm, 0.5mm or 0.76mm(30mil)
3) Card material: high quality of solid PVC, PET, clear PVC or paper.
4) Printing option: 4 colors offset printing or silk-screen printing.
5) Available crafts: Hi-co 2750oe or Lo-co 300oe Magnetic stripe, barcode, serial number, pin number, embossment, signature panel, hot-stamping, water-mark, photo, hologram, chip, etc.
6) Accepted formats of artwork: PDF, Ai, Tiff, PSD, CDR, etc.
7) Card finish: gloss finish, matte finish(sandy surface), laminated gloss finish.
8) Application: PVC hotel key card, credit card, calling card, VIP card, membership card, magentic stripe card, plastic printing card, discount card, debit card, clear card, gift card, transparent card, PVC cards, paper card, etc.

A HP indigo digital printer put into production, which makes smart card personalization more efficient.

How to order?
1) Provide your specific requirements and artwork with format of PDF/AI/CDR/;
2) Quotation;
3) Confirm to place the order;
4) Our designer will make the bleed on your artwork or do a design according to your requirements;
5) Send you the confirmation draft and a Proforma Invoice;
6) Signed the confirmation draft and send it back, then make the payment;
7) Start production after confirmation and payment;
8) Production , 7 working days for quantity under 50,000pcs (no special crafts);
9) Delivery by DHL / UPS / FedEx etc. according to your shipping address.
Lead time
1,000 – 50,000pcs………around 5-8 working days
60,000 – 100,000pcs …..around 8-10 working days
150,000 – 500,000pcs….around 12-15 working days
How long will it take to get your price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality, we will provide you sample for free, freight collected.
If you need the samples with you own printing, we will charge some sample fee based on your printing.
What kind of files do you accept for printing?
AI, PDF, CDR, high resolution JPG
How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3~5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3~5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 1~2 weeks.
What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Terms of payment?
30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
