Operation:
1. Put the avers after slaughter inside the disc. Soak (don’t use hot water) the feather and lock the cover to prevent it from flying outside when rotation.
2. Connect the power and press the button. Slop it to 1.5 minutes (take 5 birds for example).Open the cover to check whether the feather‘s been removed. If not, it will take 20’s-30s more until it is been removed. The residual phenomenon of wing is normal as the feather of wing is ….hard. It is recommended observe the work process so you can control it timely in avoid too long time may lead to skin abrasion
3. Clean the black dies by water and dry it after using in order to prolong the machine’s life-span.
4. Keep it out of reach of children
5. Don’t put your hand in the disc to avoid injured when the machine is working
6. Propabley it is a sick bird when its feather can’t be removed under the normal operation, so we suggest that you should not eat it.

Attention:
1. Equip a leakage switch on the ground line
2. Turn on the switch, and check if the machine running normally before using.
3. Wash the tube completely after using.
4. After long time using, please change the robber stick when they are wearing or broken. So as to ensure the working efficiency.
5. After a period of using, if the rolling disc become slower, it might be the belt screw track slip. Then please adjust the nut on the machine base, but note it can't be too tight.
