The description of TVS machine
1.Description:Protein food processing line is the new extruder we specially designed for plant protein extrusion.It processes low temperature soya meal and peanut meal to meat-like food,it can be added into ham,sausage,can food,fast food and deepfreeze food for more taste.
2. Raw materials: adopts defatted soya flour as raw materials
3. Products: This line can be used to produce soya nuggets, TVP/TSP, soya chunks by adjusting the moulds from extruder; meanwhile it can produce cereal, snacks by adjusting the screws from extruder
4. Capacity: 240kg/h, 500kg/h, 1ton/h

Mixing system---Extrusion system----Drying system (Frying System) --Packing system
6. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’ Local voltage according to different countries
7. Machines materials: All the machines are made by stainless stee
1. The screw is made of alloy (38CrMoAL) by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. And it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials
2. Radiator is increased on driving part for forced cooling effect, and it ensures extruder operate safely
3. SIMENS(China) Motor
4. It adopts speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin screw feeding machine guarantees stable materials feeding in the whole food process.
5.Adopted the Delta inverters, ensure the extruder better running.
6. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.
7. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

2. Assist you to choose equipment, design process flow, and perfect workshop layout. If needed, we can supply service in your factory.
3. Make compensate plan to the material change according to your product, and perform the production at site.
4. Specially design and manufacture machine, practice test, and provide relevant training as customer required.
5. Provide reasonable packing and transportation plan, send technician to install and debug machine and train your workers.
6. One year guaranty time, preferentially supply spare parts.
7. Design and process similar type of spare parts of import equipment.
