Durability Matters.
The high quality 500', 17mm drip irrigation tubing (brown color) with .670 OD from DIG Corporation, some time described as blank tubing, poly tubing or polyethylene tubing is used for commercial and residential applications of drip irrigation installation. This brown drip irrigation tubing is used in the installation with our Excel drip line, Excel CV from DIG and with our 1/2", 17 mm barbed fittings.

DESCRIPTION
Polyethylene drip irrigation tubing is used as the main lateral or as the sub-lateral in the design and installation of drip irrigation or low volume irrigation systems on a wide range of applications, including commercial and residential. The 1/2" polyethylene drip tubing, with .670 OD, from DIG Corporation is available in 250’ and 500’ coils. This 1/2" brown tubing is made of linear low-density polyethylene resin.
The poly drip tubing exhibits a combination of outstanding environmental stress-cracking resistance and burst strength. The Dow FINGERPRINT™ DFDA-7510 raisin used in the manufacturing of DIG, drip tubing, includes an anti-oxidant to protect the end product from thermal degradation. The materials selected contain the Dow FINGERPRINT™ (trace element) that certifies the product and provides verification as to the identity of the drip tubing in the event of failure.
APPLICATIONS
- The blank drip irrigation tubing is used as the main water delivery to the drip line, drip emitters, and micro sprinklers. There are many nominal sizes of drip irrigation tubing used with drip irrigation. The Drip Store has a range of drip tubing with .620 OD (16 mm), .670 OD (17 mm), ½ inch with .700 OD, ¾ inch with .940 OD and 1 inch with 1.200 OD. (For special orders, call or email us for a quote). The ½ inch and the ¾ inch serve as the main line or branch line, into which the drippers, drip line, micro sprinklers, or ¼ inch connectors with micro tubing are linked. The Drip Store’s drip tubing from DIG is made of premium linear low-density polyethylene resin with up to 2.5% Carbon black for extra resistance to the damaging effects of ultraviolet rays. The Drip Store’s blank drip tubing meets every demand of low volume irrigation from agricultural installations or landscape installations to backyard gardens, and it can be installed above or below the ground.
