Introduction
With the help of low pressure pipe,this drip tape is used for localized irrigatio on the
root part of crops through the dripper on the hollow billet,Our product adoptds double
bule strips desigh so as to keep the drippers on its very center,so the water will drip on
the root segment of the crops precisely.Moreover,our product has a wide application
span.According to different climates and environmental types,it can be produced in
various types.For example,the type speciallly designed for tropics features excellent
resistance against aging and ultraviolet radiation.Yet the type for frigid regionsis good at
resisting freeze so that it can extend the service life dffectively and save the using cost.
Furthermore,our driptape is suitable for irrigation on various plants,such as corns,beet,grape
strawberry,sugarcane, hot pepper,tomato and potato,etc.With different thickness,the product
is packed in roll in varied length.Yet the outer package size is the same and it is designed
according to the size of container so as to save spact and transporting cost.
Remark before equipment
1, according to the design documentation requirements, full reconciliation of equipment
models, specifications, quantity and quality, prohibited the use of substandard products.
Equipment to be installed should be kept clean, plastic pipe can not be tossing, drag and
exposure.
2, according to design requirements and flow meter installation mark, valves, filters.
Straight threaded connection between the filter and manifold.
3, threaded fittings required when installing the tape wrapped around the green, through
the locking nut should be tightened.
4, before the bypass is installed on the first branch pipe with a special hole punch punch.
When drilling, hole punch can not be tilted, the drill pipe into the depth of not more than
1/2 the diameter; and then pressed into the bypass manifold.
5, according to plant slightly larger than the length of the row crop drip irrigation (tape),
drip irrigation (with) arranged in a row along the plant, and then connect one end of the bypass.
6, drip irrigation (with) installed, open the valve rinsed with water pipes and close the valve;
the drip irrigation (with) plug security in the drip irrigation (tape) end; the branch pipe plug
security in the branch pipe ends.
7, install drip irrigation system for the entire order: valves, filters, straight, branch pipes,
drilling, bypass, drip irrigation (tape), flushing pipes, plug.
