Spiral for Combine Harvester (HELICAL BLADE/ AUGER)

 

  1. Material:  High quality carbon steel Q235
  2. Technic: Cold-Rolled
  3. Measure:outer diameter ranged from 90mm~600mm, inner diameter ranged from 25mm~350mm and blade thickness of 3.5mm, 5.0mm and 6.0mm.
  4. Feature:                                                                                                                1) Smooth surface, uniform shape. It is good for enhancing transporting efficiency, reducing damage, and products conveying.     2)  Easy installment.     3) Anti-corrosion surface treatment, nice out-looking.    4)  After cold-rolled, the spirals are hardened, which wnhance the rigidity and useful-life. The HB value is 240.
  5. Before Nitriding, there is no hardness; after nitriding, the hardness is about 27-28 HRC
