Industrial wood shredder for waste wood
Introduction
1.Improved on the base of the drum wood chipper,it mainly consists of work platform, Feed roller
and feed conveyor
2.Specially designed for the wood template in the construction field,It can smash width 1.2 meters
3-30 centimeters thickness of waste building wood template.
3.It can process wood material that contains nails and seperate the nail from the wood, avoiding
the trouble to remove the nail at work.
4.The crushed wood bits can be used as burning fuel for biomass electric power plant, boiler factory.
5. With mesh type blade, the template can be completely broken, the blade hardness is not lower than HRC55. Strong structure, with stiffener plate to ensure the body strong.
6. High production efficiency, less tool wear, prevent the nails and concrete of building template crack.
7. The partical size and the shape of small, uniform, large production capacity and long life of hammer head, with small power, process streamlined, simple structure, use and maintenance convenient , stable operation.
