JZC series concrete mixer specific information
1.JZC series concrete mixer is a self-falling concrete mixing machine, discharging with the double wimble rotating reversely. It mixes the material by rotating positively, and discharges by rotating reversely.
2.The user can dig a hole for fixed mix; it can make the hopper orifice level with the ground. By this way, feeding will be more convenient.

Application of JZC series concrete mixer
It could be used for mixing plastic and damp-dry rigid concrete, applied in architectural building site, civil engineer, and bridge project, precast concrete plant, etc.
Working principle of JZC Series Concrete Mixer:
1. Assemble gear ring around the external surface of the mixing drum, and the driven-shaft has small gear engages the teeth of the gear ring. Meanwhile, assemble spiral mixing blades on the internal surface of the mixing drum.
2. In working style, relying on the drum rotating and inner material own gravity, the drums clockwise rotating for concrete mixing, and the anti-clockwise rotating for concrete discharging.
3. In non-working style, JZC series concrete mixer can move to other working site by trailer dragging.
