Biomass sawdust wood pellet machine
1. Brief introduction:
1.1 It can make the biomass, sawdust pellet from corn straw, green waste, bamboo powder, grazing, straw, rice hull, all kinds of wood and so on. It also can make feed-stuff pellets from corn, oil cake for the fish, chicken, animal and so on.
1.2 Use the cold press forming technique, polishing craft, good appearance, and compact structure;
1.3 High capacity, low consumption, low noise, little trouble, high efficiency, continuous work, economic and durable;
1.4 With Automatic lubrication system which can add oil into bearing automatically, protect the machines, prolong machine lifetime;
1.5 Whole machine is made by special high quality material, and KAF three-level gear box transmit equipments, main parts are used the high quality alloy steel with durable material, use the Germany vacuum stove hot principle, lifetime is bigger 5-7 times than common pellet mill.
2. The raw material scope:
All kinds of sawdust, straws, cotton stalk, rice husk, crop stalks, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, forestry wastes, wood chips, chemical waste, city garbage, agricultural waste, solid powder material and other different wastes.
3. Raw material moisture and size requirement:
3.1 Raw material moisture is required around 10-15%.
3.2 Raw material diameter is not extending 5mm. If bigger, please crushed first.

About the machine:
Q1. Does this machine can make wood pellets?
Answer: This machine can make both wood pellets and feed pellets.
Q2. What is the spare parts for this small pellet machine?
Answer: The spare parts for this machine are one die and rollers.
Q3. How often should I change the spare parts?
Answer: The longlife time of the die and rollers is 1500 hours at least. It needs to change the easy weared parts every five months. If maintained and used well, the parts can be used about EIGHT months or more.
Q4. How often would the machine need to be serviced?
Answer: Every three months is the best for the machine.
Q5. Does the raw materials require any additives to aid in the forming of the pellets?
Answers: It doesn't need to add any additives to aid in the forming of pellets. The only thing you need to do is to control the moisture of the raw materials properly.
Q6. What's the warrantee time?
Answer: One year for main machine, except the spare parts.

Q1. I want to make feed pellet for chicken, what's the proper diameter of the pellets?

Q2: The machine works well, but it can not make pellets, it is hard to form pellets. What can I do?
Answer: If the moisture is too high or too low, it is hard to form pellets. It would be better if the moisture is between 13-25%, and the moisture depends on the raw materials. Different raw materials, different moisture.
Q3. The capacity becomes smaller after a period of time use, why?
Answer: Probably because the gap between die and rollers is too big. Please decrease the gap between die and rollers. Or it is because the moisture of raw materials is too low. Add some water to increase water content.
Q4. The machine stops suddenly during working.
Answer: There must be a big, hard foreign object or metal enter the machine, please cut off the power and get the object or metal out of machine.
