1. Brief introduction of copper wire separating machine
The copper wire separating machine is the equipment that separating the scrap wire metal and plastic. Because the final products are similar to rice particles, so this wire recycling machine is also called copper wire granulator.
The copper wire separating machine is one of the environmental protection machines. The wire recycling machine has two types, one is dry type and another is wet type.
This copper wire separating machine can completely separate the copper and plastic,
and realize the integrated utilization. Further, the wire recycling machine has the features of higher economic benefits, no dust and no secondary pollution.

1). The copper wire separating machine has the features of compact structure, beautiful shape, reasonable layout and convenient installing;
2). This wire recycling machine adopts PLC control system, which can make the equipment feed uniformly. Intelligent operation can make the operation much simpler, which save time and effort of the workers and ensure the wire recycling machine stable operation to greatest degree.
3). The crushing machine uses roller crushing system, slow-speed of revolution, high capacity and low noise and simple operation.
4). The crushing, separating and dust collecting equipments adopt combinatorial flat form, which is easy to move and transport, at the same time, this increase the inflexibility of the copper wire granulator.
5). The separation rate of the copper wire peeling machine is as high as 99%.
6). The feeding back system can make the semi-finished product regrinding, which ensure the totally separation of the metal and nonmetal products.
7). This dust collection device can control dust overflow, so the dedusting rate is as high as 99%.
4. Main devices and the working procedure of copper wire separating machine
1.The first cutting machine; the workers put the scrap wire into the cutting machine;
2. Magnetic conveyor; to convey the scrap wire that being cut in previous cutter to the No. 2 crushing machine.
3. The second crushing machine; this machine separates the plastic and metal totally. At the bottom, there is installed sieve which can control different sizes materials.
4. Air blower; transporting the small particles that from No. 2 crushing machine to grading machine by using wind and wind pressure.
5. Grading machine; it is the core of the machine. It separates the copper and plastic skin totally. Although it is with complex structure, it has the features of convenient operation.
6. Bag dust-separator; It collects the dust from grading machine through dust blower. The upper part has 12 filter bags.
7. Air rock; it is in the bottom of the dust collector. It is the air rock that timing operation in order to discharge the dust.
8. Screw conveyor; conveying the dust that from the dust collector to the external of the whole equipment.
9. Control cabinet. It controls all the machine in the whole equipment. It has the functions of emergency stop and timer.
