Rotary Dryer

Introduction:
(1) This rotary drum dryer is widely used to dry powder, pellets, sawdust and other wood materials. Different material will have different capacity, but the capacity can not influence the drying quality;
(2) Simple structure, little malfunction, convenient operation, low maintenance cost;
(3) The machine can be changed according to the nature of the different materials, so that the material inside the dryer drum can form a stable full cut curtain fabric, quality heat exchange is more fully.

Working principle:
Material to be dried enters the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapor to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dried.

Function of the parts of the dryer:
Hot furnace: provide the hot air for the roller drum, which can dry the material continuously.
Roller drum: the most important of the dryer, the material will be dried inside the roller through the hot air.
Cyclone discharge: it can discharge the finished products to outside, and decrease the pollution.
