1. Basic Functions
a) Screening
Screening is to divide solid particles into different particle groups of various sizes. This rotary vibration filter sieve configured with one to five screening nets is able to accurately and continuously separate two to six particle sections with
its classification accuracy up to 95%.
b) Screening out impurities
High-precision screening net, mostly single-used, can remove those lower percentages of large or small particles quickly
in the process of high-flow material handling. The advanced design of vibration filter sieve make it decontaminate the material efficiently and with high quality. Its precision can reach up to 98%.
c) Slurry filtration
Three-D vibration, high-precision screening net, mostly single-used, can rapidly remove non-soluble granular materials from slurry.
2. Introduction
China multi-layer vibratory separator machine is used for sorting automatically powders and solid material in general.
