               This product is one kind of filler master batch and produce by twin crew machine. Compositions of this product include: CaCO3; resin; additives;... It is suitable for PP resin. This product has good dispersion, free of agglomeration, more whiteness and reduce cost of the end product.

Technical Properties:

1. CaCO3 content: 75 – 84%

2. MFR (2.16kg/230 oC): 0.3 - 8 g/10 mins

3. Melt Temperature: 110 - 152 oC

4. Bulk Desity: 1.15 g/cm3

5. Partical size of Calcium Powder: 2 - 3 µm

6. Water content: <0.15 wt%

7. Processing temperature: 180 – 280 oC

8. Usage rate: 0.5 – 25%

9. Pellet size: 3*3 mm.
