I. Brief introduction of hemp seeds dehulling and separating machine
Hemp seeds dehulling and separating equipment can be used to dehull, remove shell, separate
kernels from hempseeds and meanwhile the un-hulled seeds will go back to dehullers for re-hulling
automatically.
II. Features of hemp seeds dehulling and separating machine
The application of frequency technique in dehullers can adjust the frequency rate according to
different hempseed variety or water content of hempseed itself. One more key technology is that due
to the high oil content of the hempseeds, the mixture after dehulling inside the chamber of dehullers
will stick to the inner wall of the dehullers easily, we design an opening for cleaning up at any time. We
adopt vibrating reseparator for seed-kernels separation works to reduce the kernels percentage
content in seeds for second round of dehulling, thus the kernels broken rate is reduced accordingly.
This equipment features easy operation, high degree of automation, safe and reliable, beautiful and
durable and extensive application.
