This walnut sheller is mainly used in hulling hard cover of walnut, the integrity rate of capacity and fruit nut is different with different walnut varieties.
It has two structures: one is that adjust the rotate speed of motor and make the rotate speed and size of wind force match. The other is adjusting inner distance and reach best hulling effect. hot selling is the latter.
This machine is upper feeding materials, through the inside of machine and hull the walnut and discharge materials.
Working principle
Small model:Loose low bolt of belt pulley,turn top nut of central shaft,roller upward adjust gap bigger,breaking degree bigger,on the contrary,adjust smaller,breaking smaller,fix the bolt again after adjusting.
Large model:Adjust the fast and slow of speed,faster the speed,smaller breaking,lower the speed,bigger breaking.
Different walnut varieties with different thickness,fist put a few walnut and test the shelling efficiency before starting,adjust the gap of rollers or speed to get the high whole rate of kernel after shelling.Without shelled small fruit need to adjusted the gap again for second shelling.
