Product Description:
The oil press machine is: patent products by our factory improved, is more advanced machinery in oil process up to now, with simple structure, easy operate, low consumption, low noise, high output rate, high adaptability, continuous work and other characteristics. For all kinds of plant oil materials can be pressed, such aspeanut, soybean, rapeseed, cottonseed, sesame, olive, sunflower, coconut, cocoa etc. Suitable for medium-small scale oil factory and private user, as well as for the pre-pressing of extraction oil factory.
Application:
Our engineers study and develop this new screw presser according to the suggestion and experience of the more users.After two years testing and using, which show that It is the biggest once screw presser, with the higher capacity and lower consumption, the higher rate of output oil and lower resided oil in the cake.
structure:
The machine consist of 5 parts including hopper, gearbox, press case, pressing screw, machine body.
Working principle of screw oil press:
When oil press is operating, prepared material enters the chamber from the hopper and then moves forwards by the rotating pressing screw and is pressed. Under the high-pressure condition in the chamber, friction between material and screw, between material and chamber will be created, which also creates friction and relative movement among material particles. On the other hand, root diameter of the pressing screw varies larger from one end to the other. Hence, when rotating, it not only pushes particles moving forwards but turns them outwards as well. Meanwhile, particles adjacent the screw will rotate along with screw's rotating, causing every particle inside the chamber to posses different speed. Therefore, relative movement among particles creates heat which is necessary during manufacturing because of helping protein change property, damage colloid, increase plasticity, decrea
