SF-1B STEEL PLATE SELF-LUBRICATING BUSHING
It's made of high quality low-carbon steel plate, sintered porous bronze as its interlayer and the compound of PTFE material and Pb as its surface. It can offer the properties of good self-lubricating anti-abrasion, low-friction, fully develop the advantages of metal and multi-element polymer. It's used in steel metallurgical industry, such as those used in roller grooves of successive casting machines, cement grout pump and spiral conveyers for cement etc.
SF-1S GENERAL-PURPOSE BRONZE PLATE SELF-LUBRICATING BUSHING
the material of this product is based on stainless steel plate with a sintered porous bronze layer as its interlayer which is coated with the compound of PTFE on it's surface. It can be used in neutral acid and strong alkaline. It's used in printing and dyeing machinery, corrosion resistant place of ocean industry.
SF-1E TYPE STEEL PLATE SELF-LUBRICATING BUSHING (WITHOUT Pb)
It's made of high quality low-carbon steel plate, sintered porous bronze as its interlayer and the compound of PTFE material and Pb as its surface. As it is without lead, which makes the bearing lubricating condition cleaner, and in accordance with environmental request.It's based on bronze alloy of a particular formulation with high density with sintered bronze layer as its interlayer, with the compound of mostly PTFE and other factors.
