Heating stove

Includes heating room (for heating the stove), furnace body and heat-keeping layer (it is made of the heat insulating material, used for keep the heating)

Inner stove

Consist of stove tank body and seal top cap.Both of them are made manganese steel that can stand high temperature. The diameter are 1460mm,1440mm,1420mm, the height of charcoal making kiln innder stove is 1600mm. Different diamete that easy to ship and save cost. 

Purification tank

During the charcoal making kiln work, there will produce some smoke,this smoke can recycle using and come back to the bottom of carbonization stove, because inside the moke mostly are CO and methane etc. The smoke through the purification tank into the bottom of the charcoal making kiln and protect the environmental. 

This system is consisting of purification tank and exhaust heated recycle pipe and smoking purification tank are used for purify fthe smoking, the energy can be burn will back to the bottom of charcoal making kiln and the smoke can not burn will be leach inside the purification tank.

 0-10 hours, One outer stove with three inner stove, when one inner stove finished carbonize, using the

hoisting to take the inner stove out and make another inner stove with wood put into the carbonization

stove and start carbonize, so for the carbonization stove is continuous working.
