How to use
1. Rope(New Learner):
One hand holds the ball, the open is up, the other hand inserts the plastic end of rope into the hole in the ball.
Roll the center of ball front using the thumb which holds the ball, then roll the rope into the trough of the center of ball.
Stop rolling the center of ball when there is only 7-8cm left, then relax the thumb and hold the ball.
Pull the rope as soon as possible and let the center of ball turn.
Let the open part down and ture your wrist stronger and stronger until you can feel the speed of center of ball faster and faster.
Note: you must turn the wrist, not pan the wrist!
2. Start by two hands(practician): hold the ball with one hand, open part is up.
The thumb of the other hand touches the the open part of the outer ball and presses the trough of the center of ball.
Pull the center of ball and let it turn fast, at the same time, let the open part down.
Turn the wrist stronger and stronger until you can feel the speed of center of ball faster and faster.
3. Start by one hand(Professinal player):hold the ball, let the open part up.
The thumb turns the trough of the center of ball fast until it reaches the standard speed.
Soon let the open part down, turn your wrist stronger and stronger until you can feel the speed of center of ball faster and faster.
