I. Introduction of the pre-stretch pallet wrapping machine :
T series pallet wrapping machine is used in the packing of the pallet or transport of big-scale containers.
It is widely used in the fertilizer products, glass products, paper industry, chemical industry , food and beverage industry and building material industry. It can increase the transporting efficiency, decrease the loss in the transporting process and lower the cost.
II. Specifics of the pre-stretch pallet wrapping machine :
1. Control system
- The control system and the machine are integrated
- The layers and the wrapping time can be setted
- Photoelectric switch can measure the height of the goods automatically.
- Strengthening palletizing function, it can protect some certain parts.
- Overtopping time set function
2. Turntable driving system:
- The turntable speed can be adjusted from 0-12 rpm by frequency changing system.
- The turntable is drove by chain and makes it accurately located.
- The turntable can reset automatically.
- The bottom of the turntable is equipped with channel for forklift.
3. The film stretching system:
- Film pre-stretching stand can pre-stretch by 250%-300%, and feed the film automatically. The speed adjustable DC motor can control the tension of the wrapping film.
- Double-chain system, stable and reliable.
- The rising and lowering speed and the film feeding speed of the film stretching stand can be adjusted
- The top and bottom wrapping number is controlled separately.
