The machine is used to punch eyelet on various materials like box, papers, non-woven fabrics, tents, leather, cloth, shoes, advertisement printing, hats, garments, banner, X exhibition frame, etc

 Eyelet machine main parts: top die, core shaft, bottom die, power plug and foot switch.

Procedure of Operation:

1. Plug in the equipment: Turn on the power.

2. When the green light is on, the equipment is indicated in normal condition. If the red light flickers, it is indicated that there are some failures, and in this case, please check whether the safety device punching head is kept in a smooth state and reset the switch until the green light is on.

Riveting Process:

1.Firstly, put the male button and female button on the base mould one on another and step on the footswitch quickly and lightly, and the machine will pick up the button automatically(i.e. the first red light will be on); then put the riveting item on the base mould levelly and press the footswitch heavily; a successful button riveting will have been made when you hear the click.

2. If the button doesn't get a fastened riveting(adjust the height of the mould) or if the riveted button gets cracked, please check and adjust the fit clearance of the punching mould, or check the location of eyelet on the base mould(the female button must be at the center of the base mould), or check whether the buttons have certain quality problems.

Scope of Application:

The riveting and punching of eyelet buttons on soft fabrics like advertisement printing , printed package, apparel, footwear&headwear, cases, bags&leather goods, tarp tents, textiles, screens, office supplies for science, education&culture etc.
