Stable working sawdust pallet press/pallet cutting machine
Introduction of sawdust pallet press :
1.wood pallet machine is used to make the block for the pallet which is used into the transportation.
2.The raw material is sawdust and wood shavings.The pallet block's size can be made by customer's demands. The end product is with a hole inside.
3.One whole production line includes the following machines: crushing machine for material; drying machine; gluing machine; forming machine and the saw to cut the product piece by piece.
4.The machine can be made as with two outlets or four outlets. If two outlets, the motor will be 12kw; if four, 16kw.
1.Crush wood branches, biomass, used pallets, wood logs, waste wood etc into powder, wood shavings or wood chips;
2.Dry the raw materials into certain moisture as 10%;
3.Mix materials with glue;
4.Press materials into block shape as your demand size.
