Brief introduction of spiral separator
Practicability: The speed of this series solid liquid separator is fast, after separation of waste slag water content between 30-40%, slag quantity and water content can be adjusted, applicable to different ingredients (such as grass and concentrate feed), it's convenient for transportation, its solid particle content is very suitable for the raw material of fish feed and organic fertilizer.
Advancement: The decontamination ability of this series is very strong, there's no congestion, and it's convenient to clean. The containing rate of solid of the treated manure water, the chemical oxygen consumption, the total oxygen consumption, the removal rate of
nitrogen and phosphorus is between 70-95%.
Durability: The frame and screen of this series machine are made from stainless steel and anti-corrosion material, it has the features of corrosion resistance, high intensity and long service life.
Economy: The series machine is with high degree of automation, small power consumption and low price. It is easy to operate with only press the start and stop button.
Range of application:
This machine is used to reduce the water content of animal dung, manure, feces, excrement, sludge, sewage, effluent, waste water and soon.
The moisture of final product is about 30-40%, you can’t press out any water by hands.
Working principle of spiral separator
The animal manure separator use the pump to pull the fresh fowl manure, cow dung, etc. into dewater equipment , the material through the screen and then press by the screw , the rotary speed of the machine can reach 45r/min , within the press of the screen and high rotary speed , the material will be dewatered by the machine , and the water will enter into the pool through screen. . after this machine , water contain in manure is less than30- 35%
The machine is used for manure dewatering, suitable for a variety of farms. It adopts the way of
continuous screw extruding; mainly for solid particles in diameter of 0.5 ~ 1.5mm of waste; to
extrude out water from waste via the physical way.
