Raw Material 1.Plant straw, Foot shell, peanut straw(shell),rice husk 2. Wood waste, sawdust ,branch,tree bark, forest residues 3. Cotton shell(straw), scobs, coconut shell Production Conditions 1. Size of raw materials: powder or no longer than 10mm 2. Moisture content of raw materials: 8%-15% 3. 1.The whole machine is very stable, average capacity before first time fault is about 7000T.
2.Use special alloy steel making the die, small and light for changing, and the working life is about 300-400T.
3.Use the converter technique, the feeding speed is adjustable, to reduce the energy use to maximize.
4.The shaft sleeve is designed as high-precision bearing bush, to increase the smoothness of turning and impact resistance of the main shaft, to solve the bearing easy broken problem for the pellet machine.
5.The machine has the force oiling system for the piston and the shaft, to increase the working life.
6.Wide material fitting, can use more material for produce.
7.Mechanical piston punching system works with three levels pre-press.
8.Multifunction machine can produce 6-80mm production by simply changing the die.

Saw dust air steam drying process:
The screw conveyor will transport Saw dust (initial moisture 30-40%) into roller screener, after screening the optimal size saw dust material will be transport to saw dust dryer via conveyor.
The Hot wind stove produce the hot air flue gas (150-200°C),those hot air will mix together with the saw dust material ,the moisture will be evaporation in the dying cyclone pipe .After drying saw dust moisture at 10% will be out at the bottom of the cyclone, the off gas will be out through the chimney.
Saw dust briquette production process:
After dying saw dust from the cyclone, those optimal moisture saw dust will be transported into the material hopper, then the screw conveyor will take those material evenly to 5 sets briquette machine, after getting the briquette, the belt conveyor will take the final products briquette out.
The flue gas produce during the briquette production process through the flue gas pipe out .then guarantee working environment its good.
