The product description of shisha charcoal briquette machine 

Machine press charcoal powder into small tablets, not only to press round shape, cubic shape, strip shape, ringlike shape, etc, but also can press with special words, company name, brand name, telephone number, etc.

The Hydraulic type and Mechanical type 

(1) Hydraulic type      

• The main engine, electric control cabinet(PLC), hydraulic cylinder and outlet conveyor belt comprised hydraulic machine.
• Hydraulic machine is our latest patented product with best molding effect. 
• According to different raw materials, the pressure, speed, punching times, shisha charcoal heights all can be adjusted and control. 
• In addition, it has large pressure. Even if the sawdust is not easy molding,it also can be pressed into good shapes. 
• Moreover, it has kinds of manual and automatic operation, more flexible and simple. 
• The punching times are 711 times one minutes, so it can press about 20000 pieces one hour.If for 25*25*25 mm cubic shapes, it can press 48 pieces per time; if for 33mm round tablet, it can press 30 pieces per time. 

 

(2) Mechanical type

• Ø Our mechanical plant produces mechanical shisha charcoal machine many years with matured experience. 
• Ø The punching times are 20-24 times one minutes, so it can press about 15000 pieces one machine.For 33 mm round shape, it can press 9 pieces per time; for 25*25 square shape, it can press 12 pieces per time. 

Features of molds

• Ø The mold was made of chromium steel, the high hardness is feature of mold. 
• Ø The service time is 3-4years, 8 hours working time per day; long usage time, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and not rust are the advantages of mold. 
• Ø The wire cutting process technology was used in mold, its size is very precise.  
• Ø According to customers with special requirements, the mold shape and size can be customized. 

   Final products of charcoal briquette machine

• Ø The final shisha charcoal is smokeless, smelless, nontoxic, combustible.
• Ø The round size is 20-45mm, square size is 15-55mm generally; the shisha charcoal ash content is 3%-5%.
• Ø This product easy fire and high heat. It has long burning time, for example, one piece can burn more than one hour.
• Ø Furthermore, this machine also can press fertilizers, salt and sawdust.
