The production line of biomass charcoal briquette machines

The production line of briquette charcoal machine can be divided into four steps: 

• Crusher. The raw material through the mil into granular. We have model 400,600, 800, 1000 crusher machine for you choice, accroding to your requirements. 
• Dryer. Using the dryer takes away moisture. The dryer machine can be divided into airflow type and rotary type dryer.
• Extruding machine. Normally, the model ZBJ-50, 80 is very popular machine, and the capacity of single machine is 180kg-300kg. 
• Carbonization stove. Airflow type and self-ifniting type carbonization furnace can be used for match the production line.

 Ø The moisture must less than <12%

When charcoal used for barbecue, the carbonization stove must be adopted. If charcoal only used for heating (like stoke boilers), this step can be elided.
