Introduction of biomass wood briquetting machine
Biomass wood briquetting machine can press coal powder,dry powder,coke powder,carbon powder,iron scale, mineral waste residue,iron powder,variety of powder metallurgy and Sponge iron carbon products into different shape and size balls according to the different moulds. It is mainly used for boiler heating or used at home for cooking,BBQ.The shape and size also could be desingned of oval shape,egg shape,pillow shape,square shape,etc.This machine widely used in coal industry and metallurgy industry.

Application of biomass wood briquetting machine
Biomass wood briquetting machine can be used to press coal powder, iron powder, coke, aluminum powder, scrap iron, iron oxide skin, toner, toner, slag, gypsum, tailings, sludge, kaolin, activated carbon,cole breeze and other powder and waste material .The machine is widely used in refractory, power plants, metallurgy, chemicals, energy, transportation, heating, etc.
Working principle of biomass wood briquetting machine
The pressure throughout a closed system is constant. One part of the system is a piston acting as a pump, with modest mechanical force acting on a small cross sectional area; the other part isa piston with a larger area which generates a correspondingly large mechanical force.Only small diameter tubing (which more easily resists pressure) is needed if the pump is separated from the press cylinder. When the pressure on the press cylinder is released (the fluid returning to a reservoir), the force created in the press is reduced to a low value (which depends on the friction of the cylinder's seals.
