Production description of oval charcoal machine

Oval charcoal machine, also named charcoal briquette machine, ball press machine, charcoal making machine, etc.  Gongyi Lantian Machanical Plant can provide various kinds charcoal briquette machine for making different kinds charcoal briquettes, such as pillow shape, oval shape, egg shape, oval shape, heart shape, bread shape, etc. The shape and size both can be customized according to customers special requirement. 

The raw materials can be charcoal powder, coal powder, fertilizer, salt, iron powder, and other powders. 

Features of oval charcoal machine

(1) We have two classes: mechanical type and hydraulic type. 

Hydraulic type has larger pressure, even some not shaping materials, such as dry powder, fertilier, salt, etc, can press good shape, also the pressure can be adjusted according to different raw material.  

(2) Different types: 290,360,450,550,650,750,850,1000,etc. 

 Take 290 for example, the roller diameter is 290mm, finished charcoal briquette size is 20-60mm. 

 (3) Customized mold: the mold is made of 65Mn steel material, very durable. Also the shape and size can be customized according to customers special requirements, oval shape, pillow shape, egg shape, ball shape, bread shape, strip shape, heart shape, etc. 

 (4) Four-rollers charcoal briquette machine: in order to reduce density between charcoal powder and make best quality charcoal briquettes, we design four rollers charcoal briquette machine, which can press charcoal powder two times.

(1) Inlet raw material need less than 3mm, as all know, the smaller the material, the better the briquettes. 

(2) The material can't be mixed with metal material, or the mold is easily damaged. 

(3) The raw material moisture need be controlled between 12%-15%. 

(4)  A certain proportation of liquid binder and charcoal powder, we will offer the proportation formula after we finished the order for free.

Working process of oval charcoal machine

(1) Through reducer transmitting the powder material to two rollers, and making them rotated in opposite directions.

(2) The powder materials naturally enter into the roller molds. 

(3) When the materials rotating to two rollers line contact points, materials pressure reached a peak. 

(4) Under enormous pressure, the powder materials are suppressed into finished briquettes.

(1) Charcoal crusher

Usually many customers raw materials are wood charcoal, coconut shell charcoal, bamboo charcoal, etc; Or some customers raw materials are small charcoal pieces and particles, but please pay attention: the charcoal powder diameter need less than 3mm, so you can make better quality charcoal briquettes. Our crusher can crush charcoal into 1mm powder, so finished charcoal surface is more smooth. 

(2) Binder mixer

Using this binder mixer can mixing the liquid binder(special formula) uniformly, then add this liquid binder into charcoal powder, to make the finished charcoal briquettes much stronger, not easy broken, also has smooth surface and long burning time. 

(3) Wheel mill

After adding liquid binder into charcoal powder, this wheel mill can mix binder and charcoal powder uniformly. 

(4) Conveyor belt

If you want to achieve automation, this machine can save manpower largely. 

(5) Quantitative feeder

In order to prevent feed more or less one time, this feeder is better choice, the speed can be adjusted according to your capacity demands.

(7) Heat pump dryer

Box dryer can dry charcoal and coal briquettes better, the drying time is calculated according to coal briquettes shape and size. The features of box dryer as follows:  

(2) As we all know, 70-80 degrees is the most suitable drying temperature, because higher temperature will make charcoal surface crack. Our heat pump dryer can divide into 10 drying period, 

so you can set different drying time and temperature according different material. 

(3) Wet charcoal briquette is easy to break, when drying, the charcoal briquettes in box dryer are motionless, so finished charcoal has smooth surface and good performance.
