Application:
The solid and liquid separation of sludge, pig/cattle/chicken and other poultry’s manure, brewer grain and brewer yeast
Features:
1. Reduce the manure’s storage volume, remove the bad smell of manure, solid dehydrated manure is easy to be transported and do not pollute the environment;
2. The separated solid can be used to make livestock’s mattress and make organic fertilizer.
3. The liquid dung can be used for marsh gas or fertilizer of the plant and dewatering sludge.

Sludge pump in the manure pits upgrade the original fecal residue to solid-liquid separator, the extrusion screw which is installed
in the mesh will push the original fecal residue to move forward by 46 rev/min speed.
Dry product will come out from discharge outlet by pressing of cylinder. The liquid which is filtered through the sieve mesh
will flow into the conditioning tanks.
