Screw Press Manure Water Separator Machine is an ideal poultry and sewage treatment equipment in scale livestock and poultry farm.

This machine is mainly composed of a host machine, pumps, control cabinet, piping and other equipment.

The final solid can be used to make organic fertilizer, fuel and so on.

Working principle of agricultural chicken manure dryer machine for compost
Sludge pump in the manure pits upgrade the original fecal residue to solid-liquid separator, the extrusion screw which is installed
in the mesh will push the original fecal residue to move forward by 46 rev/min speed.
Dry product will come out from discharge outlet by pressing of cylinder. The liquid which is filtered through the sieve mesh
will flow into the conditioning tanks.

Features:
