synthesized into extrudates from molysite ferric oxide, manganate and manganese oxide,by adding
certain compound assistant catalysts & binder.Desulfurizer is mainly used in the removing of H2S
from the feedstock of petroleum refining, coal chemical organic synthesis, chemical fertilizer and
chemical fiber industries. Also, it's convenient for application, energy saving and easy to be regene
-rated.The product has some features,such as high sulfur capacity,easy operation,excellent quality,
cheap price, and so on.
Application of Desulfurization Catalyst/Biogas Desulfurizer/Iron Oxide Desulfurizer
It is widely used for removal of hydrogen sulfide in process gas,natural gas,water gas,semi-water
gas, carbon gas, shift gas, coke oven gas, liquefied gas, methane,and city gas.It also has good effect
on organic sulfur’s desulfurization.

The Theories of the Desulfurization and Regeneration of Ferric Oxide Desulfurizer.
Chemical Reaction Formula:
Desulfurization: Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=Fe2S3.H2O+3H2O
Regenerating: 2Fe2S3.H2O+3O2=2Fe2O3.H2O+6S
The regeneration is a strong exothermic reaction. If there is O2 in the air,or O2/H2S≥2.5,the
desulfuration and regeneration will be a continuous reacting process, those two formular can be
merged into one: 2H2S+O2=H2O+2S.the ferric oxide act as the catalyst in fact.
