As our latest chemical reagent for desulfurization(removing sulfur), HT-Y Ferric Oxide Desulfurizer is synthesized into extrudates from molysite ferric oxide, manganate and manganese oxide, by adding certain compound assistant catalysts & binder.

 

HT-Y Desulfurizer is mainly used in the removing of H2S from the feedstock of petroleum refining, coal chemical organic synthesis, chemical fertilizer and chemical fiber industries. Also, it's convenient to for application, energy saving and easy to be regenerated.

2.The theories of the desulfurization and regeneration of  HT-Y ferric oxide desulfurizer.

 

chemical reaction formula:

 

Desulfurization: Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=Fe2S3.H2O+3H2O Regenerating: 2Fe2S3.H2O+3O2=2Fe2O3.H2O+6S The regeneration is a strong exothermic reaction If there is O2 in the air,or O2/H2S≥2.5,the desulfuration and regeneration will be a continuous reacting process,those two formular can be merged into one: 2H2S+O2=H2O+2S.the ferric oxide act as the catalyst in fact.

 

3.The main features of TC -10X ferric oxide desulfurizer

 

1.High speed of desulfurizing.

The space velocity is 1000~3000h-1, , and the breakthrough velocity is 6000h-1,2-4 time faster than common ferric oxide’air speed(300h-1).

 

2.High breakthrough capacity

In conditions:

Speed velocity:1000h-1 atmospheric condition

Initial H2S:1% Final H2S:≤5×10-8

The breakthrough capacity is 25%

 

4.  HT-Y ferric oxide desulfurizer has high resistance to abrasion and water.

It will not pulverize or soften, neither when boiled for two hours or put in water for 30 days, or under alternated pressure of 12MPa and sudden relief of pressure.
