1.Desulfurizer
generally refers to removing fuel, materials or other materials of free sulfur or sulfur
compound agent; In the pollution control and processing refers to can remove sulfur in
gas oxide (including SO2 and SO3) used by the agent. All kinds of alkaline compound can
be as desulfurization agent.
Removal of so2 in flue gas desulfurization agent, the most is cheap lime, limestone and
calcareous agent by alkaline solution. The flue gas desulfurization agent can absorb most
of so2 fixed in the fuel in the slag. Chemical plant, refinery and often use soda ash alkaline
aluminium sulphate and solution as desulfurizer treatment including so2 tail gas, and desorption recycling.
2.Ferric Oxide Desulfurizer
Ferric oxide desulfurization agent is a kind of solid desulfurizing agent, its principle is the
waste gas containing sulfur compound adsorption to the desulfurizer in holes, and purge gas.
When the desulfurizer after reach saturation, i.e., it no longer has the desulfurization ability
is, we need to carry on the regeneration, such as by steam for stripping regeneration. However,ferric oxide desulfurizer in use for a long time, the activity will continue to drop in, as the
holes by some impurity content have congestion, then desulfurizer loses it live. Waste
desulfurization agent can be recycled with one of the active ingredient.
this product can be used for natural gas, coke oven gas, water gas, oil field gas, methane, H2,
CO2, chemical synthesis gas (such as methanol, acetic acid, DMF, ammonia, polypropylene) gas
removal from the sulfide.

Fe2O3 . XH2O+3H2S==Fe2S3.XH2O+3H2O(desulfurizer formula)
Fe2O3 . XH2O+CS2==Fe2S3.XH2O+3H2O(desulfurizer formula)
Fe2O3 . XH2O+3/2O2==Fe2O3.XH2O+3S (rebirth formula )
H2S with activated iron chloride of desulfurizer effect become sulfide ,when the raw
material including O2 , desulfurizer with O2 reaction creat simple substance deposit in
desulfurizer micropore , the desulfurizer can rebirth , can reach desulfurizer effect .
