A: Yes,you can,Generally, clients will choose individual fabric and materials to match the colour and design of your character or object when quantity reached, as you known , if customize the material ,fabric factory will need the quantity to reach their MOQ, for this , we can discuss .

A: Normally ,for the sample , it will cost about 7days; for the bulk order, normally it will cost about 21days.For the urgent order, we can give one day to come out sample ,we have many designers with many years experience. For the bulk order, we need to source individual fabric and materials that are required to make your custom soft toy and design your soft toy based upon the artwork, drawing, sketch or cartoon provided.

A:The exact charges for the design or prototype fee depend upon the complexity of your idea or your design. We will help you to save on the shipping charges and we will find the best solution for you. If you need temporary storage, we will help you to store the goods no matter it is a short term or long term,and we also provide the drop-shipping service.

Q:18)What Shipping services do you provide?

A:We provide shipping services on an FOB cost or, more usually, a CIF cost. We will also arrange customs clearance and transshipping services. We ship all samples and prototypes using international courier services such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. 

Q:19) How do I protect my idea?
A:The first step to protecting your idea, is ensuring that the manufacturer you work with signs a NDA ( Non Disclosure Agreement ) This means that we cannot reproduce your product without your permission. We have built our company on the fact that we only manufacture goods for you.

Q:20) How much does my idea cost to produce?
A:Keep in mind that in developing your unique product, there are many choices that can affect the final price. Therefore it is helpful if you have a budget in mind that we can use as a starting point. There are a few distinct factors that influence the price. These are:
Quantity – In general, the more you order the less you pay per piece. This has to do with not only materials, but also the labor involved to manufacture your custom plush toy.

Size – Common sizes that we use now are 6” for beanie type toys, 8″-12″ for smaller stuffed toys, and 12″ and above for everything else. A bigger toy does not just mean more material. The greater size, adds to labor and shipping costs as well. 

Quality – We can choose from many different qualities of plush and materials, all ranging greatly in price.

Detail – Complex, sure it will effect the cost.

Q:21) What is your minimum order?
A:For our minimum order, we can start from just only piece, we have no minimum request , one is okay for us. Just contact us, we will give you best service to assist your business.

Q:22) Is your first price quote or the final price?
A:Our first price quote is an estimate based on the limited information that you provided on your initial quote form. Although we have spent many years working in the plush industry and can usually get close with our first quote, every project is slightly different. Therefore the final price may be higher or lower then the original quote. However your price will be final before we start production and there will not be any surprise charges to worry about.

Q:23) How long does it take to get my product?
A:The time is determined by the quantities, normally 15-30days of production time after the prototype is approved.
The typical steps and duration are:
• Prototype Stage – approximately 7 days, if need urgently ,we can have the sample within 3days.
• Production Stage– within 15-25 days approximately
• Delivery – 5-7days by express and by air, 15-30days by sea according to the address from china.

Q:24) How much is shipping?
A:It is determined by the quantities you order and shipping method you choose, normally ,by sea is cheapest way to ship,
We will calculate the estimated shipping cost to you when quote.

Q:25) Will my toys be safe?
A:Yes. We make the test from the raw material to finished goods.

Q:26) What about copyright and licensing issues?
A:When you place an order with us, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, and distribute our products with the names, trademarks, copyrights, logos, etc., specified on your order. If you have an idea that you would like to keep under wraps, we are comfortable signing standard Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and we can also provide a standard NDA if you need one.

Q:27) What if I have special packing needs?
A:No problem! We can pack your animals in simple poly bags which are great for order or we can design a full color display box for retail store shelves.Just contact us and let us know your request.
