Hammer mill core is surrounded by screen with 16 hammers inside.Automatic feeding starts by
screw elevator.This breaking system has the latest technology, it works in silence without dust and
the raw material are broken homogeneously. The crushed size can be arranged by changing the sieve,
using sieve 8mm or 10mm for adult chicken feed general and sieve 4mm or 6mmfor chick feed.
Broken raw materials directly fall into mixer, requested additives such as wheat bran, vitamin etc. are
directly added into the mixer by second screw elevator. The mixer is made of single shaft double screw.
This kind of mixers are very fast and made homogeneous mixture in very short time. Customer can put
bag on the discharge door,it will automatically unload feed into bag by hand to open control gate .
It also can add another screw elevator transport all the feed into silo for package,improve the working
efficiency of the mixer.
In order to reduce the air pollution, the cyclone and bag-type dust collector are used to dedust and collect
dust . Cyclone contains outer and inner tubes ,cone tube ,air-inlet and dust outlet whic are on the same axis.
Dust air tangentially goes through at the high speed along the top of outer tube, then rotates from top to
bottom at spiral high-speed inside the gap between outer and inner tubes also and cone tube. Dust particles
are threw to outer tube wall with collision and friction against wall surface at the function of centrifugal force
to gradually lose speed,finally falls into the cone tube by gravity and discharges from the dust outer into
bag -type dust collector which is made from filter cloth. Bag -type dust collector uses the fabric to filter
the dust air, the big and heavy dust fall into dust hopper at gravity, the small dust is blocked to inside and
clean air is out. Our cyclone ranges from 400-1200 mm diameter made of 2-3 mm carbon steel with
good dedusting efficiency and fast dedusting time. The bags quantity for dust collector are decided
according to the whole unit working capacity.
