Durable Industrial Mixing Tank
Production description:
Double impeller high efficient leaching tank adopts new type impeller which makes the leaching agent contact fully with copper ore material, and can largely increase the copper leaching reaction rate.
Working principle:
Under the propelling and stirring of the double impeller, the pulp flows from top to bottomat the center and then disperses along the peripheral damping plate. At the lower part of the axis, the air is fed to mix with pulp and circulates upward finally, even suspension mixture if formed. It applies to the misture of the pulp and others with the suspended solid concentration less than 45% and particle size less than -0.074mm.
