Specifications
Hongkang Company mainly produces disposable paper and plastic tableware, and composite paper. There are two series of products:Food packaging base paper that produced by Tranlin Group is adopted for produce the Tranlin Nature Products, the main raw material is natural wheat straw pulp, without whitening and bleaching, the paper does not contain fluorescent substances, dioxins. It not only anti-oil, but also protect environment; Tranlin Healthy Products use food-grade base paper that part produced by Tranlin Group and part produced by International Sun Paper. All products are in full compliance with the relevant national health standards.
I. Advanced Technology and Equipment
Coating Machine is Cast extrusion laminating machine using European advanced technology with high degree of automation and product quality, is an international advanced equipment; flexographic printing machine adopts the same advanced technologies and with strong printability, fast-drying, fast engraving and so on. Automatic box making equipment is the introduction of Germany Wei Mile technology, due to the high degree of automation equipment, the production capacity is up to 95 or more per minute.Utilization of automatic computer paper reel cutting machine gapless reached 98.30 percent,effectively reducing the cost of production.
II. Green and Environmental-friendly
The printing equipment used by the company is the flexo presses,the main raw material is non-toxic,and non-polluting water-based ink,and it is the ideal environmentally friendly raw material.Product surface lamination material is now LDPE (low density polyethylene) that is a milky translucent, waxy solid resin,non-toxic and completely biodegradable no residue;Lower softening point,above the softening point is melted, heat sealability, good molding processability,good flexibility,impact resistance,good low temperature resistance;At the same time,after using the products that are easy to recycle, in accordance with the relevant state industrial policies.
