What’s the difference from other ceramic brick??
- 1. Porous Ceramic Filter brick composed by four special parts which is binders particle, anchoring agent, pore-formers and rare earth resist. It has open pore with arch-shaped interconnected pores from the surface to internal by high-temperature sintering. It can achieve with the purification and filtration purposes when the fluid from these pores through, resulting in surface and internal pores of a variety of physical chemistry.
2, the performance characteristics
Porous Ceramic brick not only has the general performance of common ceramic, but also has its unique characteristics:
a) except hydrofluoric acid, corrosive liquid were all extremely good corrosion resistance.
b) good heat resistance, no heat deformation, use at 500 ℃ effect unchanged.
c) cold, excellent resistance to freezing performance.
d) pore distribution, users can request following the formation of 500μm aperture.
e) Due to rigid, and thus does not cause distortion in the shape changes and pore fluid pressure, and thus the product application process is easy slag and regeneration.
f) no dissolution in a liquid composition, and therefore is not subject to secondary pollution of the liquid.
3, the application range
