Application |
Used as strong natural antioxidant in lipid products, such as edible oil and grease, sauce, pet food, feed, baked foods, meat, seasonings, etc. Add into product directly or mix equally with some solvents and heat up to 50-70°C before adding into products. Better antioxidant ability if used with organic acid. |
Dosage |
The optimal dosage is 0.02-0.05%. |
Cautions |
Mix thoroughly and equally before adding. Use in products under PH value 8.5. Avoid contact with iron, copper or other metals, forbidden in high temperature. |
Storage |
Stored at room temperature, sealed and protected from light and humidity. |
Shelf life |
2 years from the production date according to above conditions. |
