2.The two lower rollers rotate, and provide plate materials with torque by the engagement of the output gear of speed reducer and the gear of the lower rollers.

1.This W11 hydraulic 3-roller symmetrical plate rolling machine adopts 3-roller symmetrical structure. The upper roller moves vertically in the center between the two lower rollers, and the driving force of the movement is from the hydraulic oil in hydraulic cylinder pushing the plunger.
2.The lower rollers rotate and provide plate materials with torque through the engagement of the output gear of decelerator and the gear of the lower rollers.

W11S Series Upper Roller Universal Plate Rolling Machine
Features of W11S Series Upper Roller Universal Plate Rolling Machine:
1.This universal plate rolling machine can provide high pre-bending precision. Users can set the length of straight flange freely, and then the upper roller directly pre-bend ends of the materials.
2.This equipment is controlled by NC, thus having high efficiency and easy operation.
3.All of the finished products are of high precision. The drum-like upper roller and lower rollers, equipped with carrier rollers below, can process any kind of boards from sheet to thick ones into your desired products by continuously bending.
4.The two lower rollers are fixed and only the upper roller moves up and down or left and right, thus the workpieces will remain motionless. Hence, the safety of operators is ensured.
5.Designed with an integral structure, this plate rolling machine is quite easy and convenient to move. And no anchor bolt is needed.
6.Different control methods are adopted by this plate rolling machine according to different applications of plate materials. For example, TNC(upper NC) is used when the required products are of many varieties and small quantity, and T&BNC (upper, lower NC) is utilized when the required products are of few varieties and large quantity.
7.This upper roller universal plate rolling machine can process plate materials into O type, U type, and multistage R type. If equipped with conical drum device, this plate rolling machine can also process materials into conical drum type.
