Tightly woven bags

Tightly woven bags made of polypropylene tape. Tubular woven fabrics are used in their production what guarantees durability of bags and their resistance to damages. These features are very important for packages used for loose materials. Bags can be used as packaging of such products as: sugar, flour, feed, fertilizers, chemicals, construction materials, granulates of all types.
Fabric construction ensures air permeability of bags, which is of great importance for packing of “breathable” products.
Our bags are provided with a respective certificate for contact with foodstuffs.
There is a possibility to:

• produce tubular fabric in various colours (standard colour is white);
• provide coloured overprint on the bags – according to the customer’s design.

Thermally cut bags

Top of bag is cut with a thermal knife. Sizes: width – from 30 cm up to 210 cm; length – as per the customer’s order; mass of square meter of fabric – 60 gr/m²; 65 gr/m²; 70 gr/m² or specified by the customer.

Hemmed bags

Bags hemmed at the top. The hem secures an edge of the bag and protects it from tearing and facilitates closing after filling. Sizes: width – from 30 cm up to 210 cm; length – as per the customer’s order; mass of square meter of fabric – 60 gr/m²; 65 gr/m²; 70 gr/m² or specified by the customer.

Coated bags and bags with polyethylene liners

We offer also bags coated with polypropylene which makes them dustproof. It is also possible to additionally provide standard bags with polyethylene liners, protecting the product against soaking.

Valve bags

They are used for packaging of bulk and granulated products. Self-closing construction of bags enables automatic filling. Valve bags can also be made of coated fabric or provided with polyethylene liner. We offer AD*Star bags, as well.
