1.Applications: montmorillonite powder
montmorillonite powder is a kind of cement equipment which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to nature of materials.
- Cement kiln is used to make cement clinker, by using dry or wet method.
- Metallurgy chemical kiln is used in metallurgy industry and ironworks for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcimine.
- Rotary kiln can also be used to make calcimine of ochre in refractory material industry, calcimine of aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturing plant, and chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant.
2.Features------ : montmorillonite powder
- Our rotary kiln is designed with international leading wheel catch device, high precision plunger metering pump, high accuracy speed control valve and contact graphite block sealing device, etc.
- In order to improve machinery automation, an industrial computer is used for showing the calcine condition, and a fluorescent screen is adopted for showing the simulated process flows. An infrared scanner is utilized for transmitting the calcine condition to the computer.
- Through precision measuring and infra-red scanning, the whole sintering process can be monitored.
- strong visual sense, convenient operation and reliable performance. They help stabilize thermal regulation and improve operation efficiency
- Compared to other equipment of the same specification, output of our rotary kiln has increased by 6-10% and energy consumption has reduced by 16%.
3.Structure------ : montmorillonite powder
Rotary kiln formed by kiln body, sealing device, driving device, supporting device and covers.The rotary body is circled by steel plate, firebricks are inlaid inside the body, there is 3.5% slant angle between the rotary body and horizontal line, three tyre belts are supported on three Supporting devices separately, and a big gear ring is installed in the middle of body. The body is drived by motor----speed reducer-----little gear ----big gear.
4.Working Principle------ : montmorillonite powderRaw material are feeded into end of kiln, with the rotary and slop of rotary cylinder, , material moving forward and be calcined in the high temperature cylinder, then finished material is discharged from the lower head of kiln. Meanwhile, the heat is produced from the front heat of kiln, waste air is discharged from end of kiln after heat exchange with material
