Brief Introduction of floating fish feed extruder
floating fish feed extruder is widely used to make grains into high-grade aquatic feed pellets for fish, catfish, shrimps, crab,dog,cat,rabbits,birds,etc.
The puffing fish feed pellets can float on the water surface without dissolution for over 12 hours.
According to the requirement and production scale, floating fish feed machine can be classified into dry type machine and wet type machine.
Features and applications of floating fish feed extruder
- by puffing corn, soybeans or other grains, or by puffing fish meal,bone meal,dried blood,feather meal,etc, to make pellets,such as fish feed(catfish,tilapia,shrimps,etc.)pet food(dog,cat,birds,rabbits,etc.),Bullfrog feed,by changing molds and ingredients.
- The finished pellets can keep floating for 3-15 hours without pollution to water.The floating time can be controlled by the puffing degree adjustment.
- the pellets can be sinking or floating by changing ingredients and heating temperature.
- The finished pellets diameter ranges from 1.0mm to 20mm just by changing the molds.
- the finished pellets length is adjustable by changing the speed of the cutting device.
- Electric heating device is adopted which can improve the feed expansion rate and pellets floating time.
- High temperature and high pressure cooking process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the pellets easily to digest.
