1.Materials: 40% Kaolin clay, 40% bauxite, 20% porcelain clay. Kaolin has melted function. Bauxite takes the role of fire resistant , and porcelain clay make claybody smooth. sintering under 1200 two times, Compressive strength is more than or equal 1500N and one tile can support the weight of one grown-up.

2.Color:Use of domestic Higher glaze raw materials, Glazed having a bright colors and delicate color, Variety of styles contain light, matt light and unglazed three series. light tiles are more brighter and colorful, matt light tiles are Classical and generous and unglazed tiles are fresh and nobel.

3.Good frost-resistant

Sets mature process and equipment to ensure product life.Frost resistance,In accordance with GB/T21149-2007 (sintered watt standard).Tiles are permanent frost resistance crack material for dense Tile body and Low water absorption. No peeling, off angle and crack phenomenon at -20 degrees to -50 degrees Celsius.

4.Waterproof function

After unique glazed process, The water absorption is less than 6% (the national standard is less than or equal to 12%). It is Impermeable, no water after 3 hours inspection.

5. Durability

Clay roof tiles are a long life product. under normal conditions, approximately 100 years. The product also has acid and alkali resistance,applicable to all types of climate and environment.
