Sand casting, also known as sand molded casting, is a metal casting process characterized by using sand as the mold material.
It is relatively cheap and sufficiently refractory even for steel foundry use. A suitable bonding agent (usually clay) is mixed or occurs with the sand. The mixture is moistened with water to develop strength and plasticity of the clay and to make the aggregate suitable for molding.
Various high quality castings are made of gray iron, ductile iron, aluminum, brass, steel, etc.
Usually, the prototype is made of sand casting and machining.

4. Lead Time: ------------------ Sand casting mould 15days.
Sand casting parts depend on the quantity you order, 1-15days not including the mould making
time.
5. Manufacture schedule: -- we report our production schedule to customers everyday by mail or photoes, it's just like the
production is happened under your nose.
6. Speed delivery:------------- The shipping date never late than settled. ( expect for force majeure.)
7. Quality control:-------------- Both in-house QC and lab test provided. Test report along with delivery according to
customer's request.
