Application
urea for making adblue is used to reduce diesel exhaust pollution in liquid nitrogen oxides, nitrogen oxides into harmless nitrogen and water, reducing toxic exhaust gas emissions and reduce pollution.
High purity urea is applicable to all countries IV, V, EuropeIV, EuropeV emission standards for various types of commercial vehicles, automobiles, construction machinery and other large diesel engine SCR systems.
What is SCR?
SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) transforms the harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust of diesel vehicles into harmless nitrogen gas and water vapour. The SCR solution is metered into the exhaust system in front of a catalyst. The urea hydrolyses to ammonia which then reacts with the NOx in the exhaust gas.
What is AdBlue?
AdBlue is aqueous urea solution used in SCR systems on diesel vehicles. SCR Urea complies with ISO 22241-1 and DIN 70070 standards.
